Sudarshan Granites

Sudarshan Granites is based over at number 2 in Banashankari 3rd Stage. We are in the Marshi Nagar area, specifically in the building known as Lakshmi Nivasa. Dealing with granite means everything here is heavy and a bit dusty. You can see the slabs leaned up against the walls, showing the different patterns in the stone. Banashankari 3rd Stage is a fairly quiet part of town, but our yard usually has some noise from the cutting or loading. Lakshmi Nivasa is where we keep the records and talk to anyone who drops by. The air always smells a bit like wet stone because of the water we use during the cutting process. We don't have a showroom with bright lights; you just see the stone as it is, straight from the source. It is hard work on the back, moving these pieces around, but we are used to it by now. The sun hits the yard in the afternoon and makes the granite sparkle a little, which is nice to see while we work. Marshi Nagar has changed a bit over the years, but we have stayed right here, doing the same thing day in and day out. We keep things straightforward. If someone needs stone for a floor or a counter, they come by Lakshmi Nivasa, we show them what we have on the lot, and that is about it. The slabs are heavy and the days are long.
