Subash Vijay Associates

Subash Vijay Associates is located over on St. Johns Road in Subhash Nagar, at number 174. It’s a busy street with plenty of shops and people moving about. We’ve been here for quite some time, and the office has become a second home for us. It’s a bit of a tight squeeze when we have visitors, as we’ve accumulated a lot of files and equipment over the years. We don’t really go for the modern look. It’s more of a functional space where you can tell people actually work. Being on St. Johns Road means there’s never a dull moment. You can hear the buses and the honking from outside, which just becomes background noise after a while. We are a small group of associates who have worked together for a long time. We know each other's habits and how to get things done without having to say much. There are no big corporate policies here, just common sense and a bit of hard work every day. Sometimes we stay late to finish up a project, and other times we close early if things are slow. It’s a very human way of running a business. We like being part of the Subhash Nagar community. It’s a place where people still recognize each other on the street. That’s just who we are and what we do at number 174. We don't plan on moving anytime soon.
