Stone Park Pvt Ltd is tucked away over at 56 Anekal Pratap Nagar. It’s right inside the Co Uphousing Society area near Tranjli Camp. Honestly, it’s not the easiest place to find if it’s your first time coming through, but once you see the stacks of stone and the yard, you’ll know you’re in the right spot. We mostly deal with natural materials, so the yard is always a bit messy with offcuts and dust. That’s just the nature of the business, I guess. We’ve got a few guys who have been with us since the beginning. We don’t really do fancy brochures. Most people just hear about us from someone else in the building trade or a neighbor who got some work done. It’s a bit of a walk from the main road, but it’s quiet enough here most days, except when the saws are running. We spend a lot of time just moving heavy stuff around and making sure the slabs aren't cracked. It’s not glamorous work, but someone has to do it. We aren't a big corporate office with suits; we’re usually in boots and old shirts. If you drop by, someone will probably be drinking tea near the gate. We just take things one day at a time here. It’s a steady living and we like the people we work with. That's about it really. We just keep things moving and hope the weather stays clear for the next delivery.
