Our office is in Essar Plaza, located at No. 2 on 7th Cross in BTM 2nd Stage. Unlike the big yards out in the industrial zones, we are right here in the city. It’s a bit cramped sometimes with all the samples we keep on the shelves. People come in to look at small pieces of stone before they decide what to order for their projects. BTM is a busy area, so parking can be a bit of a headache for visitors, but we are easy to find. We spend a lot of our time on the phone talking to suppliers and checking on deliveries. It’s a bit of a juggle making sure the stone gets to the site on time. We don't do the heavy cutting here, it's more of the planning and sales side of things. Sometimes we have to go out to the sites to see how the installation is going. The office usually smells like coffee because we drink a lot of it to keep going through the afternoon. We have a small team, just a few of us handling the orders. It’s a different pace than working in a quarry, but there’s still plenty of stress when a truck gets stuck in traffic. We just try to keep the business running smoothly and help people find the right kind of stone for their homes without too much fuss. It is a basic office but it gets the job done for us.
