Stg International

Stg International is based out of Vijayanagar, specifically on the second floor of number 2934/35-E on Club Road. A lot of people know where we are because we’re right above the McDonald’s. You can usually smell the food from the stairs when you’re coming up to the office. The area is quite lively, with people always moving around and shops everywhere. Our office has a fairly basic layout with desks and the usual office equipment you’d expect. We spend a lot of time on computers and dealing with whatever international business tasks are on the schedule for that day. It isn't a very large space, but it works for what we do. The afternoon sun hits the windows quite hard, so we usually have the blinds drawn until the evening. We try to keep things organized, but on busy days, there might be stacks of paper waiting to be processed. The noise from Club Road never really stops, but after a few months of working here, you just stop hearing it. We have a small pantry area where we make coffee, which is pretty much essential for getting through the afternoon slump. Most of the staff has been here for a good amount of time, so we have a rhythm to how we work. It’s just a normal office environment where we focus on our tasks and try to keep things moving along smoothly without any unnecessary complications.
