Sterling Suites

You can find us at 8 Residency Road over in Marol. It is a pretty busy part of the city, and the traffic on Residency Road can be a real headache some days when the trucks are moving. We have been operating these suites for a while now, catering to people who need a bit more space than a standard hotel room. It is a straightforward building, nothing too flashy on the outside to look at. Inside, we have rooms set up for people staying a few days or even longer. We get a lot of folks traveling for work because of where we are located in the city. The staff here is used to the fast pace of Marol. We spend a lot of our time checking people in and out, and making sure the laundry is done on time. There is no big lobby with fountains or anything like that. We just have a front desk and the rooms. It is practical for what it is. If you need a place to stay that isn’t right in the middle of the noisy tourist hubs but still close to everything, this is where we are. We do not have a big marketing team, we just rely on people finding us through word of mouth or seeing the sign when they drive by. It is a bit of a trek to get through the 560025 zip code sometimes, but we are here every day. It is a decent place to work.
