We spend a lot of time talking to each other about the different projects we are managing across Bangalore. The atmosphere is pretty relaxed but we stay busy. There are a few nice places to eat nearby, so we usually head out for a quick bite at lunch. Inside the office, it’s mostly just desks, chairs, and a few cupboards for all the paperwork we have to keep. We like being in JP Nagar because it feels like a real place where people actually live and work, not just an industrial zone. We have our routine down, from the morning coffee to the late afternoon wrap-up. It is just a regular office for regular people doing their best to get things done. We don't go in for anything fancy or complicated, just straightforward work in a nice part of Bangalore.
