Sri Venkateshwara Glass Works

We are located right on Kanakapura Road, and if you have ever driven past, you probably saw our sign. Sri Venkateshwara Glass Works is not a huge factory or anything like that, just a regular shop where we handle glass work for people nearby. Most of the time, the floor is covered in a bit of glass dust because someone is always cutting a sheet for a window or a frame. It is pretty loud inside when the machines are running, so we usually have to talk over the noise. We have been in this spot for quite a bit now. People come in with measurements written on scraps of paper, and we do what we can to match what they need. Sometimes we have a lot of stock piled up against the walls, which makes the space feel a bit cramped, but that is just how it goes when you are working with large panes. There is no fancy showroom here, just some samples leaning in the corner where you can see the different thicknesses. Usually, it is just a couple of us working through the orders as they come in. If the traffic on Kanakapura Road is bad, it can be a bit of a pain to get deliveries out, but we manage. We do not do much advertising or anything because the local folks know where to find us when a mirror breaks or they are building something new. It is honest work and keeps us busy from morning until we close up.
