Sri Tirupathi Granites

We are located right on Bannerghatta Road at 26/1 in Adugodi. If you know the area, you know the traffic can be a real headache sometimes, especially when we have a big truck trying to back into the yard. We’ve been here for a while and have seen the road get busier and busier. Inside our gates, it’s mostly just stacks of granite leaning against the frames. We get all sorts of people coming in looking for something for a new counter or maybe a floor. I usually walk them around the yard to show them what we have because the colors look different when the light hits them. It’s heavy work, and my hands are usually pretty rough from handling the stone. We don't really do any big advertising; people just seem to find us because we’ve been at this spot for so long. Sometimes we have to hunt around for a specific piece that a customer saw a few days ago. Things get moved around quite a bit as new stock comes in and old stock goes out. It’s a simple operation, really. Just a few of us making sure the stone gets where it needs to go. We keep a ledger of what’s coming in and what’s going out, and we try to keep the yard as neat as you can keep a place full of giant rocks. It’s a lot of physical labor but it feels good at the end of the day.
