Sri Shanthaveera Transformers Manufacturing Co is located in Krishnarajpuram on Sachapir Street. We’ve been building transformers here for quite a while. It’s a heavy business. We have rolls of copper wire and big steel casings all over the workshop. It’s a loud place because we are always cutting metal or moving heavy parts around. We don’t have a sales team or any flashy brochures. If you need a transformer, you just come by and talk to us. We’ll tell you if we can make it and how long it’ll take. Usually, it’s a lot of manual work. We have to be careful with the winding and the insulation so nothing blows up later. The street outside is always busy with people going to the market nearby. We’ve grown a bit over the years but we still keep things very basic. Our office is just a small desk in the corner with a lot of papers and some old blueprints. We don't really follow a strict corporate schedule. We work until the job is done. Sometimes we stay late if an order needs to be finished. It’s just us doing what we know how to do. We aren't trying to change the world. We just want to make good transformers that don’t fail. It’s honest, hard work and it keeps us going. We’ve been part of this street for a long time now and people know where to find us.
