Sri Sai Granites

Sri Sai Granites is based at 42/89 in Marthahalli. We are part of the Sarita Society and we sit right opposite the Ambedkar Institute. It’s a very busy spot with all the students and local traffic going by all the time. Our yard is filled with heavy slabs of granite of all different colors and sizes. It’s a lot of heavy lifting and moving things around with the crane. The dust from the stone gets everywhere, so we are always cleaning the office area. We don't have a fancy display or anything. Most people just walk through the yard to see the different pieces of stone we have available. Marthahalli is quite a dusty and noisy place, and being across from the institute means there’s always a crowd. We spend our days measuring slabs and helping people pick out what they need for their houses. It’s simple, hard work. We don’t use any complicated systems; we mostly just write things down in our ledger. The sun can get really hot in the yard during the afternoon, but we just keep at it. People usually find us by looking for the big piles of stone across from the school. We’ve been here long enough that most of the neighbors know us. It’s just a regular local business trying to keep things moving one slab at a time.
