Sri Parvathi Aluminium Fabricators

Our shop, Sri Parvathi Aluminium Fabricators, is at 264/5 in the Byatarayanapura Wadi area, near Rangmahal. We do all sorts of things with aluminium, like windows, door frames, and partitions. It’s a very hands-on job. You’ll always hear the sound of saws cutting through metal if you walk by. The place is usually covered in those tiny silver shavings that get everywhere, no matter how much we sweep up. We started this business because there was a lot of building going on in the neighborhood and people needed good frames. We don't have a showroom or anything like that. We just have samples of the different sections we use leaning against the back wall. Most of our work happens out at the customer's site, but the cutting and prepping are all done right here at 264/5. Our team is small, just a couple of fabricators and a helper who comes in part-time. We use a small van to carry the finished pieces to the houses. It’s a lot of manual labor and sometimes the pieces are quite heavy and awkward to carry up those narrow stairs. We don't have a big corporate philosophy or anything. We just want to make sure the windows fit right and don't leak when it rains. It’s a local business and we know most of the people on this street. We've been here for years and we don't plan on moving anytime soon. It’s our little spot.
