Aakar Aluminium & Glazing

Aakar Aluminium & Glazing is situated at 21/1 in Munichinna Layout, right off Kanakapura Road. This part of the city is growing so fast, it is hard to keep up. We focus on aluminium and glass work. Our shop is full of glass sheets and long aluminium sections. You have to be careful where you step. It’s a small team of us here. We spend a lot of time out at sites measuring windows and frames. Then we come back here to cut everything to size. It’s a lot of precision work, but we still make mistakes sometimes and have to start over. That’s just part of it. We aren't some high-end design studio. We are just guys with saws and suction cups for the glass. The traffic on Kanakapura Road is getting worse every year, so we try to leave early for our site visits. Our office is just a corner of the shop with a dusty computer and some old files. We don’t really use it much. Most of the action happens on the cutting table. We like the layout here; it’s a bit quieter than the main road. Customers usually find us because they saw our truck or a neighbor told them about us. We don’t have any big plans to expand or become a giant company. We just want to keep doing what we are doing and stay busy enough to pay the bills and keep going.
