You can find our depot at 320/8 BTM Layout 2nd Stage, right on the 100 Feet Ring Road. It’s a very busy road and there is always a lot of dust from the traffic. We have stacks of tiles everywhere, some leaning against the walls and others piled on pallets. It’s a lot of heavy lifting and our backs usually ache by the end of the day. We don't have a fancy air-conditioned showroom. It’s more of a warehouse feel where you can see the actual stock we have. People come in looking for something for their bathroom or a new kitchen floor. We show them what’s available and help them load it into their vehicles. Sometimes a tile breaks and we have to sweep up the pieces. That’s just part of the business. The 100 Feet Ring Road is always loud, so we have to speak up when we are talking to customers. We don't use any sales tactics. We just tell people the price per square foot and let them decide. We have been in BTM Layout for a while now and we know how the houses are built around here. Our hands are always a bit white from the ceramic dust. We use a simple ledger to record our sales. It’s a straightforward way of doing things and it works for us. We close up when it gets dark and the traffic starts to thin out.
