Sri Lakshmi Auto Electrical Works

If you go to Basaveshwara Nagar, 1st Block 3rd Stage, you will find Sri Lakshmi Auto Electrical Works at number 481. It is a workshop, so do not expect it to be clean. There is grease on the door handles and oil stains on the floor. We spend our days tucked under car hoods or looking at messy wiring under dashboards. We handle all sorts of electrical issues for vehicles. Sometimes it is just a blown fuse, other times we have to take half the engine apart to find a short circuit. My hands are usually stained black by noon. We have a lot of old alternators and starter motors lying around in the corners. It is a noisy place with the sound of tools and engines running. We are not the type of shop that has a waiting room with a TV. People usually just stand around and watch us work or go get a tea nearby. We have been at this location for years, and most of the people who bring their cars here are regulars. We do not use any big words to explain what is wrong. We just show you the broken part and fix it. It is hard work, especially when it is hot outside, but we like fixing things that other people cannot figure out. It is just a local garage doing its best.
