This place is in Dodballapura, right near Basu Bhawan. If you know that building, then you know where we are. It’s a busy part of town and there’s always something going on outside our door. I started working here because it was close to home. We deal with a lot of different medicines and supplies throughout the week. The shelves are usually packed tight. Sometimes it's hard to find a specific box if we haven't put it back in the right spot. We try to be organized but things get hectic when the phone is ringing and customers are waiting. There’s no big corporate office here. It’s just us in the shop handling the orders as they come in. The traffic in Dodballapura can be a real headache when the delivery vans are trying to park. We spend a lot of time just moving boxes around to make space. It’s not a glamorous job but it’s steady. We see the same faces every week which is nice. Most people just want to get their stuff and go. We don't have a lot of time for chatting but we try to be polite. It’s a basic setup and that works for us. We’ve been at this location for a good while now. Sometimes we have to stay late to finish the inventory checks. The building is a bit old and the ceiling leaks a tiny bit when it pours, but we just put a bucket under it.
