Strides Arcolab Ltd.

We’ve been over here at Strides House on Bannerghatta Road for quite a while now. Most folks in Bilekahalli probably know the building since it is hard to miss when you are driving by. It is just a place where we get our work done every day, nothing too fancy about it really. The office gets a bit busy during the mornings, especially with all the traffic out on the main road, but we manage. We handle things here at Strides Arcolab Ltd. with a steady hand. People come in, do their shifts, and go home to their families. It’s a workplace like any other in this part of Bangalore. Sometimes the lifts are slow and the tea lady is late, but that's just how life goes in a big building. We have a lot of desks and computers, and there is always someone talking on the phone about some shipment or paper that needs signing. It’s mostly just quiet focus in the afternoons though. We don’t really spend much time talking about big goals or anything, we just focus on what’s on the desk right then. Being on Bannerghatta Road means we are close to everything, which is nice for lunch breaks if you can find a spot that isn't too crowded. The sun hits the front windows pretty hard in the evening. We just keep things moving along day by day and try to keep the paperwork organized as much as possible. It is a solid place to work.
