We are located on the third floor of the Muthu Sri Complex, right on Banaswadi Main Road. If you know the area, it's number 18. It’s a decent-sized office, though it gets a bit cramped when we have a lot of shipments coming through. We spend most of our time coordinating between manufacturers and the local distributors. It involves a lot of phone calls and spreadsheets. The lift in the building is a bit slow, so we often take the stairs when we're in a hurry. Being on the main road makes it easy for people to find us, even if parking is sometimes a headache. We have a small team here, mostly folks who have been in the pharma business for a long time. We aren't doing anything flashy, just the regular work of managing stock and making sure orders get filled. Sometimes the paperwork piles up on the desks, especially at the end of the month. We keep things pretty simple in the office—desks, chairs, a few computers, and a lot of files. It’s a bit noisy with the traffic from Banaswadi Main Road, but you get used to the sound after a week. We just try to keep things moving along smoothly without making a big fuss about it. We’ve been in this building for a few years now and it suits us fine. Usually, we're here until late evening sorting out the last few boxes for delivery.
