Sri Hari Mobile Care

Sri Hari Mobile Care is based in Ulsoor Kudlu Village, which is just off the Hosur Main Road at number 257. It’s a busy spot because of all the people traveling towards the city or out to the factories. We focus on fixing phones that have seen better days. A lot of the time it’s cracked screens from people dropping them on the pavement or batteries that don't hold a charge anymore. The shop is small and usually smells a bit like solder and cleaning alcohol. We have a workbench in the back where all the tools are scattered. It’s not a very tidy place, but that’s because there is always a phone half-taken apart on the desk. Sometimes we have to wait for parts to come in from the city, which takes a few days. The customers are mostly locals from the village or workers from the nearby units. We don't have a fancy waiting room, just a bench outside under the shade if it’s too hot inside. The Hosur road dust is a constant battle; it gets into everything. We keep the smaller components in little plastic bins so they don't get lost. It’s honest work, and we get a lot of satisfaction when a phone that looked dead finally turns back on. We don't promise miracles, but we do what we can with the tools we have and try to keep the costs fair for everyone.
