Sree Balaji Ceramics

Sree Balaji Ceramics is located at 43/1 on the main road near Kundanahalli Gate in Marathahalli. Being right on the main road means we see a lot of dust and a lot of customers. Our shop is filled with stacks of tiles and various bathroom fittings. It is not a fancy showroom with spotlights; it is more like a warehouse where everything is piled up so you can see the stock. We spend a lot of time moving heavy boxes around and showing people the different patterns we have. It is a bit of a workout every day. The traffic on the road outside is always crawling, so we have plenty of time to talk to people who stop in. We don't use any high-tech sales tactics. We just show what is available and tell you the price. The office area is just a small desk tucked in between the tile displays. We have a lot of samples lying around, and sometimes it is hard to find a place to sit. We know which tiles are sturdy and which ones look better in the light. It is a simple business where we deal with people one-on-one. We keep the doors open and just wait for the next person to walk in looking for something for their home. Sometimes the inventory gets a bit mixed up, but we always manage to find what the customer is asking for. It's just a matter of digging through the crates and making sure nothing gets chipped.
