Sr Associates Banashanakri

You can find us at SR Associates over on KR Road in Banashankari 2nd Stage. Our building is number 4007. It’s right on the main stretch, so it’s pretty easy to spot if you’re driving by. Banashankari is a busy area, and being on KR Road means we’re right in the thick of it. The office itself is quite functional. We have a few desks, some filing cabinets, and a table where we meet with people. It’s not a fancy showroom or anything like that. We spend most of our time looking at maps, documents, and site plans. There are usually three or four of us in the office at any given time, unless we’re out visiting a property or meeting a client somewhere else. The traffic outside can get pretty loud during the day, but we’ve gotten used to it over the years. We’ve worked on a lot of different things in this neighborhood. People usually come to us because they’ve heard about us from a neighbor or someone else in the area. We don't do much advertising. We just try to do a decent job so people don't have complaints. It’s a simple way of running a business, but it works for us. If you’re in the 2nd Stage area, you’ve probably passed our door a hundred times and noticed us working away.
