We are based out of 2010 Electronic City, right in the middle of all those big tech buildings. It is a busy part of town to be in most of the time. We deal with computers and all the small parts that go with them. Some days are just spent looking at screens and trying to figure out why something is not working the way it should. We have been in this spot for a while now. It is not a massive corporate setup, even if the name sounds a bit official. We are just a small group of people who know our way around a motherboard. People bring in laptops that will not turn on or ask us for memory upgrades. We also handle some bigger stuff for the offices nearby. The space is usually filled with cables, old monitors, and spare parts. It is often a bit messy, but we know where everything is kept. We do not spend much money on fancy signs or advertising. Most people find us because they work nearby and need a quick fix for their machine. We drink a lot of tea and stay late some nights when the work starts to pile up. It is just regular work for us. We do not use a lot of technical jargon when we talk to our customers. We just tell them what needs fixing and how long it will take. It’s been our routine for years now.
