Sowndarya Stones

If you drive along the Ring Road near Laggare, you’ll find us at No. 80, 3-A. Sowndarya Stones is right there where the traffic is always moving. It’s a practical spot for a stone business because it's easy for the big trucks to pull in and out. We spend most of our time out in the yard. There’s stone everywhere—different colors, different sizes, all just waiting to be picked up. It’s a bit of a workout, moving these pieces around all day. We don’t have a slick office or anything. It’s just a small space to sit and do the bills. The Ring Road is loud, so you have to speak up when you’re talking to customers. We see all sorts of people, from homeowners looking for a small piece of granite to builders needing a whole truckload. We just show them what we have on the lot. Sometimes the inventory changes fast, and other times we sit with the same slabs for a bit. It’s just the nature of the stone trade. We don't try to be anything we aren't. We’re just a local yard in Laggare doing our best to keep things moving. The weather can be a bit much sometimes, but we stay out there regardless. It’s honest work, and it keeps us busy from morning until the sun goes down. We just focus on the stone and the daily tasks.
