Snehsri Herbal Beauty Parlour

This beauty parlor is located at No 1515 on 13th Cross in Devaiah Park, Bangalore. We are right opposite the Akash Clinic, so many of our customers are people who are already in the area for their appointments or just live in the neighborhood. Since it’s a herbal parlor, we use a lot of natural things like henna and various pastes that we mix up ourselves. The smell inside is usually quite nice because of all the herbs. Bangalore traffic is always a mess, so once people get inside, they usually like to just sit and relax for a bit. The shop is on the ground floor, which makes it easy for the older ladies to come in. We have some plants sitting in the window, though they don't always get enough sun. It’s not a very large space, just enough for a couple of chairs and a small area for facials. My sister helps me out during the weekends when it gets busy. We spend a lot of time talking with the ladies about their families and what’s going on at the park nearby. It’s a quiet life mostly. We try to keep things simple and use traditional methods that people around here trust. Sometimes the power goes out, which is just part of living in the city, so we keep some candles ready. It’s just a neighborhood shop for the locals. We stay open until late.
