We are Smart Painting Contractor. You can find us at 1 White Field in the Snj Complex, which is right across from the Jama Mosque. It’s a busy area with a lot of people coming and going throughout the day because of the mosque. We’ve been operating out of this complex for a while now. Our name says we’re "smart," but really we just try to be sensible and practical about how we work. We do painting for homes and offices nearby. Our team is small, just local guys who know the trade inside and out. We keep our brushes, rollers, and paint tins in a small storage unit in the Snj Complex. Every morning we meet there to figure out the day's plan. Sometimes we’re working on a big exterior job that takes several weeks, and other times it’s just a quick bathroom repaint. We don't use any high-end language to describe what we do. It’s just putting paint on walls. We try to be very careful with people's furniture, covering everything up with plastic sheets before we start. Sometimes we get paint on our clothes, but that's just part of the job. White Field is a good location for us because we can get to most parts of the city fairly easily from here. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in town. We just want to keep the work coming in so we can pay the bills and keep going. Most people find us through the neighborhood or by walking past the mosque.
