We have been based at No. 11/12 in Singasandra for quite a few years now. Being just off Hosur Road means there is always a lot of noise and traffic outside, but we got used to that a long time ago. Elena Clothing Pvt. Ltd. is basically a group of people who know how to handle fabric and machines. We don't have a big reception or anything like that because most of our space is taken up by the workstations and the stacks of material that come in every week. Some days are quieter than others, especially when the weather is bad and the road gets flooded, but usually, it is just the sound of sewing machines running from morning until the evening. We started small and stayed in this spot because it works for us. The neighbors know us, and we know the local tea stall guy who comes around in the afternoon. It is a bit dusty sometimes with all the construction happening nearby, but that is just how things are in this part of town. Most of us have been working here together for a while, so we don't need to say much to get the job done. We just show up, do the cutting and the stitching, and make sure everything is packed right before the trucks arrive. It is honest work and it keeps us busy enough that the days go by pretty fast.
