Sinclairs Hotels & Resorts

We are located at S-401 on Queens Road, right along Shah E Alam Road in Maninagar. It’s a busy part of town. The address says 560052, which is a bit of a trek if you're looking for the old city center. We've been operating this hotel for a while now. It’s a tall building. We have a lot of rooms to look after. Every morning the staff gathers in the lobby to check the lists. We spend a lot of time fixing things. A leaky tap here or a lightbulb there. It never really stops. Guests come from all over for work. Some stay for a night, some for a week. We have a kitchen that stays open late. The cooks are always busy making tea and snacks. Outside, the traffic on Queens Road is pretty constant. You can hear the horns from the upper floors sometimes. We keep the lobby clean, though the carpet is getting a bit old in the corners. I spend most of my day on the phone or talking to the laundry guys. We have a lot of sheets to wash every single day. It’s a lot of work running a place this size. We try to make sure everyone has a key and a towel. It’s not the most glamorous job but it keeps us busy. We see a lot of faces passing through every year. We just keep going, making sure the rooms are ready for the next person who checks in at the desk.
