Sigma Engineering

Sigma Engineering is located right in the middle of GIDC, Chitra, specifically at plot 302/1. It’s an industrial area, so there’s always a lot of noise from the nearby units and trucks moving around. We’ve been operating from this spot for quite some time now. Most days start early, before the sun really gets hot, though the shed still heats up by noon. We have a few machines that stay busy, and there is usually a layer of metal dust on everything by the end of the shift. It’s not a fancy corporate office with air conditioning in every corner. It is just a practical workspace where we get things done. People often get lost looking for the specific plot numbers in Chitra, so we usually tell them to look for the landmark nearby or just call us when they reach the main gate. The floor is concrete, stained with oil here and there, and we have a small corner where we keep our tools organized, or at least we try to. We don't spend much on decorations or making things look pretty for visitors because that isn't really what we do here. It’s a place for work, grease, and fixing things. We know our neighbors, and we usually share a tea during the break. That is pretty much how things go at Sigma Engineering day in and day out. We just keep our heads down and handle whatever jobs come in through the door.
