We are located in the Abhishek Building, which is right near the Canara Bank in Kachanayakanahalli. It’s a pretty easy spot to find if you know Bommasandra. The office isn't anything special, just a few rooms where we handle all our paperwork and keep the supplies. We started out small and stayed that way for a long time. Every morning, we unlock the gate and start going through the orders that came in overnight. It can get a bit hectic when several things happen at once, but we manage to get through it. We spend a lot of time on the phone or talking to people who walk in off the street. Since we are near the bank, there are always people moving around outside. It’s a working-class neighborhood, and we fit right in. We don't use fancy software, just some old ledgers and a basic computer. Sometimes the electricity goes out and we just have to wait it out in the dark. It gives us a chance to chat and have some tea. We deal with a lot of different items depending on what’s needed that week. It’s more about just showing up every day than being a big name. We know the other shop owners on the street too. It’s a good community to be a part of. We’ve had the same sign out front for ages now. It’s a bit faded from the sun but it does the job. Just a regular business.
