Being in Peenya Industrial Area Phase IV means it's always loud and dusty around here. Our place is on 12th Cross Road in Ganapathy Nagar. We have a few CNC machines running most of the day. It’s a lot of programming and checking the tolerances. If you’ve ever been to Peenya, you know how it is—trucks everywhere and everyone is in a hurry. We just stay inside and watch the cutters do their thing. The machines need a lot of maintenance, so there is always grease on someone's hands. We don't have a receptionist, so if the phone rings, one of us has to wipe our hands and pick it up. Most of our days are spent looking at blueprints and making sure the metal is cutting right. We started with just one machine and slowly added more as we could afford them. It’s not a shiny corporate office. It’s a workshop. We keep the lights on and the coolant flowing. Sometimes a job takes all night, and we just drink tea and stay until it's done. That’s just the way it works in this part of town. We’ve been at 446 for a long time now. People come to us when they need precision but don't want to deal with a huge company that doesn't care about the small details. It’s hard work, but we like seeing the finished parts stacked up at the end of the shift.
