Shree Raman Tiles Factory

If you head over to Gota, you’ll find us at 16/B in Goteshwar Nagar. We are right by the Gotel Railway Crossing, so we hear the trains going by all day long. It’s a dusty place, but that’s part of the job when you’re dealing with tiles every day. We have stacks of ceramic and stone piled up in the yard, and there is always a truck being loaded or unloaded near the gate. The factory floor is where most of the action happens. It’s hot and loud, and we spend a lot of time checking the edges of the tiles to make sure they aren't chipped or broken. We aren't a big fancy showroom with bright lights and music. It’s a workspace. Most of the people working here have been living in the Gota area for a long time, so we’re all pretty familiar with each other. Sometimes the dust gets everywhere, even into the small office where we keep the receipts and the order books. We just wipe off the desks and keep going. When the railway gate closes, traffic piles up outside our entrance, and things get a bit chaotic, but we’re used to it. We don't do much marketing or anything like that. People usually find us because they saw the sign by the crossing or someone told them we had what they needed for their floors. It’s just a lot of hard work and moving heavy crates.
