Shree Nagoda Granite

Shree Nagoda Granite is located out in Jigani, which is part of the Anekal Taluk. If you’ve ever been to this area, you know it’s the place to go for stone work. Our yard is usually a bit of a mess with dust and offcuts, but that is just the nature of the business. We don't have a showroom with fancy lights or air conditioning. You basically just walk through the lot to see the slabs we have available. It’s loud out here because of the trucks and the machines we use to move the heavy granite around. The sun gets pretty hot in Anekal Taluk, so we spend a lot of time outside in the heat. It’s physical work and it’s definitely not a place for wearing nice clothes. We keep our records in a small shed on the property that serves as our office. It’s nothing special, just a desk and some chairs where we handle the invoices. We don’t have a big marketing budget or a sales team. People usually find us because they are already in Jigani looking for stone. We just talk to whoever shows up and show them what we have in stock. The roads around here can get really backed up with heavy vehicles, so we just have to be patient. We’ve been doing this for a long time and we don't plan on changing how we operate. It's a tough job but we like it.
