Shivaji Military Hotel

Shivaji Military Hotel is over in Jayanagar 7th Block. You can find us specifically at 718, 45th Cross on the 1st C Main Road. We serve traditional style food and we’ve been doing it for quite a long time. We don't have any air conditioning here, just some old fans on the ceiling that keep the air moving. It can get pretty hot in the middle of the day when the place is packed with people. We use a lot of local spices in our cooking, and the smell fills up the whole street. We serve everything on simple plates and don't bother with fancy presentations. Most people who come here are just looking for a filling meal and a place to sit for a bit. The 45th Cross can be a little hard to find if you aren't a local, but number 718 is a well-known spot once you get close. we don't do any advertising or social media stuff. People just hear about us from their friends and show up. We work long hours in the kitchen and out front to keep things going. We open early and usually close up once the food is all finished for the day. Sometimes that happens earlier than we thought it would. It’s just a regular, hardworking place in Jayanagar where we focus on the cooking and nothing else.
