Shiva Shakthi Andhra Marbles

We are located at No. 142 in the Flour Mill Building, right across from Hennur Bande. It’s on the Hennur Main Road in Banaswadi. This building has been around for a long time and most people know it as the old mill. Shiva Shakthi Andhra Marbles is based on the ground floor. It’s a busy spot with cars and buses constantly going by. We have a lot of different marble slabs stacked up. Most of it comes from Andhra, just like the name says. It’s a lot of manual labor to move these pieces around and we don't have a lot of fancy equipment to make it easier. You’ll usually see us with dusty clothes because marble cutting is a messy job. We don't have a formal office with a receptionist. If you walk in, you’ll just find us among the stone. We like talking to customers and showing them the different patterns in the marble. Every slab is unique, so it’s always interesting to see what people pick. Banaswadi is a great neighborhood and we feel like we belong here. Sometimes the traffic on the main road is a nightmare for our delivery trucks, but we just manage it the best we can. It’s not a corporate lifestyle. We just open up in the morning, handle the stone, and talk to the people who come in. It’s what we do.
