Shifa Ceramics

We are located over in Bommanahalli at Shifa Ceramics. The exact spot is number 26/2 on the 2nd Main. You have to turn onto the 2nd Cross to find us in the Muniyappa Complex. It’s a busy corner of Mangammanapalya. Dealing with ceramics means a lot of lifting and moving heavy crates. The shop is tucked into the complex so it stays a bit cooler inside during the summer heat. We spend our days arranging tiles and making sure things aren't cracked. It's a lot of physical labor but we like being part of the local neighborhood. The traffic in Bommanahalli can be a headache sometimes but that's just life in this part of town. We see all sorts of people coming through the 2nd Cross looking for stuff for their homes. We don't have any fancy mission statements. We just sell ceramics and try to stay organized in a small space. The Muniyappa Complex has other shops too so there is always some noise and activity. Sometimes we sit outside on the steps when it’s quiet. Mangammanapalya is where we spend most of our time. It’s a grounded kind of place. Not many people use big words around here. We talk about the weather or the traffic while we work with the ceramics. It’s a straightforward business. We just stay at our spot on 2nd Main and keep things moving as best as we can every day.
