Shastry Associates

Shastry Associates is based out of Manjunath Nagar in Bangalore. We’ve been in this part of the city for a good number of years now. Bangalore has changed a lot, but our little corner in Manjunath Nagar stays pretty much the same. We are just a local office, nothing too big or complicated. There’s a few of us who work here every day. We don’t really have a big corporate philosophy to talk about. We just show up and do the work that Shastry Associates is known for in this neighborhood. The office is a bit small, but it fits everything we need. We spend a lot of time on the phone or working on our computers. Sometimes people from the area just stop by to say hello or ask a question. We like that. It makes the day go by faster. We don't use any fancy marketing tricks. If people like what we do, they tell their friends, and that's how we keep going. It’s a simple way to run a business, but it works for us. We've got our routine down. We start in the morning, take a break for lunch somewhere nearby, and then get back to it until the evening. It’s not a glamorous life, but it’s our life here in Bangalore. We’re just happy to be working. Some days are busier than others, but we just handle things as they come one at a time.
