Sharp Solutions

You can find Sharp Solutions at number 9 in Govinayakanahalli, over in Kumarswamy Layout. It’s a bit of a trek if you aren't from this side of town. We have a small shop and office where we fix things and help people with their tech problems. There are always dismantled computers or gadgets on the workbenches. It can look a bit messy to an outsider, but we have a system for everything. We don't have a big reception area with a secretary. Usually, you just walk in and talk to whoever isn't holding a screwdriver at the moment. We started out small and we haven't changed much since then. We don't use a lot of technical words that nobody understands. We just try to explain what’s wrong and how we can fix it. The lighting in the back room is a bit dim, but it’s where most of the hard work happens. Kumarswamy Layout is a nice neighborhood, and we have a lot of regulars who come to us. We aren't part of some big chain. It’s just us doing what we know how to do. Sometimes we stay late when a repair is proving difficult. We don't have a mission statement on the wall or anything like that. We just want to make sure the stuff people bring in actually works when they take it home. Every time a customer leaves happy, it makes the long hours worth it. We hope to stay here for many more years.
