Shanthi Residency Hotel

Indiranagar is a busy place. We are right on 12th Main, near the 100ft Road area. It gets really loud with the cars and the people walking around. This building has been here for a while. We have rooms for people who need to stay in the city for work or maybe just to see the area. The staff usually knows the regulars by name now. Managing a hotel in Bangalore isn't always easy because of the water and the traffic problems. We spend a lot of time just making sure the rooms are ready for whoever checks in next. It’s a lot of cleaning and checking the lights. The 100ft road has changed so much, it used to be quieter. Now it’s all shops and big signs. We try to keep our place a bit more grounded. It’s not some five-star luxury spot, just a place to sleep and have a wash. We get people from all over, some just for a night, others for longer stays. Sometimes the elevator acts up or the internet gets slow, but we deal with it as it comes. It’s a real job with real headaches. We don’t have some big marketing team. It’s just us here, making sure the beds are made and the doors are locked at night. The weather in Bangalore is nice at least, so that helps when you’re working a long shift on the reception desk.
