Shanth Raaj Associates is right here in Jayanagar, specifically on 2nd Main in the 7th Block. You can find us pretty easily because we are right opposite National College. It’s a good landmark for people who aren't from around here. We’ve been working out of this spot at number 260 for some time now. Dealing with associates and clients takes up most of our day. Jayanagar is a busy area, especially with the college right across the street. There’s always students and traffic moving around outside our door. Inside, we just focus on the work at hand. We don't have a big corporate team, just a few of us making sure things get done. People stop by when they have questions about property or legal bits that come with it. Sometimes the office gets a bit cluttered with folders, but we know where everything is. It’s not a polished place, but it works for what we do. We like being in the 7th Block because it feels like a real community. Most days are spent on the phone or meeting people who live nearby. We don't use a lot of fancy words to describe what we do. We just help out with whatever property needs come through the door. It’s a straightforward way to run a business. If you’re walking past National College, you’ll see our sign. We're just regular people working in the neighborhood.
