You can find us at No 107/2, S V Residency on the 5th Cross in Ramanna Gardens. This part of Vidyaranypura in Bangalore is where we’ve set up Shakthi Hill Resorts Pvt Ltd. It’s a bit of a residential area, so it feels quite local and grounded. We aren't some giant corporate entity with a glass tower. We’re just here in this building, managing things as they come. The day usually starts with checking who’s arriving and making sure the staff knows what’s on the schedule. It can get a bit chaotic when we have several things happening at once, but we manage to get through it. The 5th Cross is usually pretty calm, which we like. We’ve been here long enough that the postman doesn't even have to look at the house number anymore. Working in the hospitality side of things in Bangalore means you meet all sorts of people. Some stay for a night, others just come for a quick visit. We keep the place clean and try to be helpful when someone asks a question. There’s always something that needs fixing, whether it’s a leaky tap or a lightbulb that’s gone out. We don’t have any fancy mission statements or anything like that. We just want the place to run right and for people to have what they need while they’re here. It’s a simple business run by regular people.
