Down here at Banneraghatta Road, in Bhoir Colony, you’ll find us working at Schneider Electric. The address is 187-3 and 188-3, which covers a decent amount of space. It’s mostly an industrial setup where we deal with electrical components and power stuff. It gets pretty loud during the day with all the equipment moving around. We have a crew of people who have been here for years. We aren't into the whole corporate jargon thing; we just focus on the panels and the wiring. The building itself is older, but it serves our purpose well enough. We see a lot of technicians and contractors coming through the gates every morning. It’s a busy environment with lots of boxes and heavy parts being shifted. Sometimes the coffee machine in the breakroom breaks down, which is the only real crisis we have. We keep things moving and try to make sure every order that leaves the gate is what the customer asked for. Living and working around Bhoir Colony is okay, though the traffic on Banneraghatta Road can be a real headache in the evenings. We just put our heads down and do the work. It’s a practical place for practical people. No one here is trying to win awards, we just want the electricity to work right for everyone who buys our gear. The yard gets a bit muddy when it rains, so we have to watch our step while loading the trucks up.
