We run a hotel over at No-117/1 on 6th Cross in the Ansandrapalya area of Bangalore. We are quite close to the HAL side of town, and the easiest way to find us is to look for the Yellama Temple nearby. Most people use the temple as a landmark when they are coming here for the first time. We have been in this spot for several years, and it is a very busy, lively neighborhood. There are always people walking around and plenty of local shops nearby. Our hotel is not a fancy place with expensive decor. It’s just a regular building with clean rooms for people who need to stay in this part of the city. Many of our guests work at the nearby companies or are here to see family. We don’t have a big corporate team; it’s just us doing the day-to-day work. We handle the bookings, the cleaning, and everything else ourselves. Sometimes the noise from the temple or the street can be a bit much, but that is just how it is in this part of Bangalore. We don’t use any complicated systems or have a big mission statement. We just want to make sure the rooms are ready when someone arrives. It is a simple, honest business. Most of our guests find us by walking in or through people they know in the area. We like it that way because it keeps things personal and real.
