Satcom Cellular Service

Satcom Cellular Service is right in the middle of the action at Krishna Market, located at number 1 on Sardar Patrappa Road. This is a very crowded part of town where there are shops everywhere you look. Our shop is small and filled with all sorts of things related to mobile phones. We have drawers full of tiny screws, spare screens, and different types of batteries. Most of our day is spent hunched over a workbench with a magnifying glass, trying to fix small electronic parts that have stopped working. It’s a lot of fiddly work that requires a steady hand. Because we are in Krishna Market, there is a constant stream of people walking past our door and the noise of the street is always there. We don't have a lot of space, so we have to be careful about where we put things. We spend a lot of time explaining to people what might be wrong with their devices. It’s not a fancy service center with a waiting room; it’s just a counter and a repair area. We see all kinds of phones, from very old ones to the newest models. Sometimes we have to wait a few days for a specific part to arrive, but usually, we just get on with whatever is on the bench. It’s a busy, cramped, and honest way to spend the day.
