We have our office at the DBS Business Centre, specifically in Private Office 104. The building is called DBS House and it is located at 26 Cunningham Road. Being in a business centre means we are surrounded by a lot of other small companies, which is quite nice for a change of pace. Our focus at Hydratech Industries Pvt. Ltd. is on industrial equipment. It is mostly office-based work here, where we handle the orders, speak with the factory, and manage the technical drawings. The office isn't very big, so we have to be careful about how much stuff we pile up on the desks. Cunningham Road is a very busy part of town, so there is always something going on outside our windows. We chose this spot because it is central and easy for people to get to, even if the traffic is a bit of a nightmare sometimes. We don't have a big, flashy sign out front, just our name on the directory. Most of our day is spent on the phone or responding to emails about machinery parts and hydraulic systems. It is steady work that requires a lot of attention to detail. We aren't a giant corporation, just a small group of people who understand the technical side of the industry. We keep things pretty simple and don't go in for any of that high-pressure sales talk. It’s just about doing the job right.
