We are located at 5 Palace Guttahalli, right near the Steel Motor Plant. It’s a very busy part of the city with a lot of industrial activity and people commuting through. Our work in hospitality means we are always on our feet, dealing with the daily needs of the business. The office is tucked away in a spot that sees a lot of foot traffic from the workers at the plant nearby. It’s not a quiet place, as there is always the sound of machinery and vehicles from the motor plant echoing through the streets. We handle a variety of tasks related to managing services and making sure things are running smoothly for those we serve. The building is older, but it serves its purpose well enough. We don't have any big mission statements on the walls; we just have lists of things that need to get done by the end of the shift. Most of the staff has been with us for a while, so we all know the routine pretty well. Palace Guttahalli has its own unique energy, and being so close to a major plant means we are always connected to the local workforce. It’s hard work and the hours can be long, especially when there are big events or busy periods. We just take it one day at a time and focus on the practical side of things.
