Sai Sagar

Sai Sagar is right at Vyalikaval 11th Cross, on the 2nd Main Road 14/1. If you walk by in the morning, the first thing you’ll notice is the smell of coffee and maybe some tiffin items being prepared. It’s a local spot where people from around the neighborhood stop for a quick bite or a tea. The space isn't huge, but we make it work. We have a few tables and most people just stand and eat quickly before heading to work. The 11th cross can get a bit congested with cars, but it’s a lively area. We’ve seen the same faces for years. It’s nice to know what someone wants before they even say it. We don't have a big menu with fancy names. It’s just the usual food people like. The kitchen is always busy and there’s always the sound of plates clinking. We keep the place as clean as we can, but it’s an old building, number 14/1. Sometimes the rain comes down hard and people crowd inside to stay dry. We just keep serving the tea and snacks until the evening. It’s not a fancy restaurant. It is just a place to get some decent food without any fuss. That’s how we like it and that’s how our customers like it too. We stay busy with the local crowd and keep the stove going.
