Safina Hotels Ltd operates out of the building at 84/85 Infantry Road. We've been managing things here in the 560001 area for quite a while now. Our office is right here on the premises. We don't really do the whole corporate headquarters thing with fancy suits and big boardrooms. It's more about being on the ground and seeing what's happening in the building every single day. The hotel business has changed a lot since we started, but we just keep going. We deal with the day-to-day stuff like maintenance, staffing, and making sure the utilities are working. It's a lot of paperwork and phone calls, but someone has to do it. The building is a landmark on Infantry Road, which makes it easy to tell people where we are. We're near a lot of the main spots in town. We have staff who have been with us for decades, and they know every corner of this place. We aren't looking to expand into a giant chain. We just focus on this one location and keeping it running properly. Sometimes the elevators act up or a pipe leaks, and we just get it fixed as soon as we can. It's honest work. We appreciate the people who have stayed with us over the years. It’s a busy life here in Bangalore, and we are just happy to be a part of the local business community on this street every day.
