About Sadalli Granites – Building & Construction Material in Bengaluru
We are located at 112 KengalHanumanthaiah Road, right where all the heavy traffic goes by. The yard is usually full of big stone slabs leaned up against the walls. It’s heavy work, moving granite around all day. You have to be careful where you step because of the water used for cutting and the bits of stone on the floor. People come by looking for something for their counters or maybe a floor. We spend a lot of time showing different pieces and explaining why one slab has more spots than the other. It’s natural stone, so it’s never perfect, which I think is the point. The noise from the saws can be a lot sometimes, but you get used to it. We’ve got a couple of guys who handle the lifting and the cutting. The office is just a small corner where we keep the invoices and some samples. Sometimes the rain makes the yard a bit of a mess, but we keep working through it. It’s a simple business. We get the stone in, we cut it to the size someone needs, and we load it onto the trucks. It’s physically tiring, and my hands are usually rough by the end of the week. But it’s what we do here on KengalHanumanthaiah Road. Just selling stone to people who need it for their houses and trying to get the slabs out without any cracks.
