S V P Sales And Service is based over on Kanakapura Road, specifically in the Kailash Nagar Estate at 14/1. We have been operating from this location for quite some time now and we are well-known to the locals. It is a mix of a workshop and a small area where we keep some items for sale. We do not have a big showroom with bright lights or fancy displays. It is more of a practical space where we can actually get down to work and fix things. We handle the sales side of things, but we also do a lot of servicing, which keeps our hands full throughout the week. The estate is a good place for us to work out of, even if the main road gets really crowded with traffic during the rush hours. We see a lot of different people coming in with various machines and equipment that need some attention. We do not use any fancy corporate scripts or sales tactics when we talk to our customers. We just tell them what we can do and give them a fair idea of the cost. It is a very simple and direct way of running a business. Most of our tools have been with us for a long time. We know how they work and we know how to get things back in order quickly. We do not spend money on big posters or ads.
