Our shop is S M N Air Condition And Auto Electrical Battery Works. We’re located in BTM Layout Sector-19C, right at Palika Bazar, shop number 36. It’s a busy little market area. Most of the time, our hands are covered in grease or we're leaning over a car hood. We handle batteries and fixing up the AC units in vehicles. It gets quite hot in BTM, so people are always coming in when their car air conditioning stops blowing cold air. We also deal with electrical issues which can be a real headache sometimes. We have tools scattered around and parts for different models sitting on the shelves. It’s not the cleanest place because that’s just the nature of auto work. We aren't a big fancy service center with a waiting lounge. You just stand by the shop or grab a tea nearby while we work. We’ve been at this location for some time now and know most of the other shopkeepers in Palika Bazar. Sometimes we have to hunt for a specific battery type, but we usually find it. It’s hard manual work and your back hurts by the end of the day. But we like seeing a car drive off with everything working again. We keep things straightforward and don't try to sell people stuff they don't actually need for their vehicle. We stay open pretty late to finish the jobs we started in the morning, especially during the summer months when everyone is in a rush.
